John's passion for churning real dairy ingredients into tasty treats led to creamy iced lattes, and later some darn good smoothies. Instead of keeping all the deliciousness to ourselves, we decided to bottle it with an innovative new heating and cooling trick that locks in dairy freshness without refrigeration, so you can enjoy Main St. Café anywhere, anytime...really!
